53rd Annual General Body Meeting of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad, 55 Bhosale Nagar, Pune  held at 19:00 Hours on Wednesday, 17-Jun-2025 at Samsad Bhawan.

AGM Broad Activities Held

As the quoram number may not filled at 7 pm , the start was delayed by 15 min. The following were the agenda items:

1.       To read and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Body meeting held on 19-June-2017 by Gen Secretary.: Arun Chattopadhyaya read out the minutes of last AGM.
2.       To request BSS President to present his / her report and share experience.:- Mr Bireswar Mitra gave the presidential address and told the major achievement of the BSS in last one year.
4.       To request BSS General Secretary to present his / her Report and share experience. :- Mr Arum K Chatterjee expressed his desire how Samsad will be attening its past glory in coming years.
5.       To request Chairperson of Durga Puja 2017 to present her report and share experience.:- Mrs Sujata Paul addressed the meeting and thanked every one concern in last year (2017) Puja Committee.
6.       To request Puja Secretary to present his report and share experience.:- Mr Arun put up the high lights of the last year's puja.
7.       To present and approve the accounts of Sarbajanin Durgotsav Samiti for 2017 by Puja Finance Secretary.:= Ms Rakhi Chatterjee Put up his accounts of the last years account. A surplus of Rs 84 Thousad transfered to BSS from Puja Account.
8.       To present and approve the accounts of Bangiya Sanskriti Samsad for FY 2017-18 by Treasurer Samsad:- -Dr Kunal Bhattacharya submitted the Audited account of the Samsad year 2017-18 i.e. from 01 April 2017to 31 Mar 2018.
9.       To update members on Notice of Inquiry served by the Advocate of few members to BSS on 16-June-2018 - update for last 1 year (approximately) post last AGM held on 19-June-2017 at Samsad Bhawan, 55 Bhosale Nagar, Pune 411022. := Mr Arun Chatterjee appraised the happenings of the case raised By Mr Rajesh Burman, Mr Prasun Mukherjee and Mr Barun Ghosh Roy, against Samsad.
10.    To ratify the appointment of Managing committee for FY 2018-19 in line with the AGM held on 19-June-2017
11.    To appoint the statutory auditor for FY 2018-2019. M/s Prakash Humbard temporarily appointed as the auditor, under condition.
12.    To discuss any other point with the permission of the Chair.: Few points were raised as 

a. Appointing a Tax consultant and Implement TDS in Samsad payments

b. Invite Chartered Account to join the Ex-Comm meetings.

c. If any Life member does not come to samsad and does not take part in activity or pay Puja subcription , he may be removed from the membership of Samsad.

13.    Issue a show cause Notice to 5 Members for anti Samsad activities.

​14. New 2 layer Samsad Management Committee formed.
